Robert Bard, on bass, studied music theory and composition at Mannes School Of Music and jazz at Jazzmobile, both in New York City. He worked for 15 years as a composer and music director for CBS-TV and was nominated for 8 Emmy awards during that time. Robert has performed with many regional Hudson Valley ensembles since arriving in New Paltz, NY 13 years ago. He also has produced and recorded countless artists at Skytop Sound, his production and recording company. Beginning in 2004, Robert teamed up with Mark & Steve Bernstein as the bassist in The Bernstein Bard Trio.
